Nigeria help fight Ebola

The  minister  of  health  Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu  said  that  Nigeria  has  donated  $3.5million to  help  fight  Ebola  in  Liberia  and  other  affected countries.He  said  that $500,000  was  donated  to  each  country  while  the  balance  was  given  to common  ECOWAS  fund  for  disease. He  also  said  thay  591  health  practictioners  has  volunteered to  join  the  international   forces  that  will go  to  affected  countries  to  help  contain  the  virus. He  said  that Presently there  is  no  single  active  Ebola  virus disease in  Nigeria,no single  contact  that is presently  under  surveillance  in  any  part  of  the  country.
